If a product isn’t right, we make returns simple.
30-day returns
You can return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be in their original packaging and resalable condition.
How to start a return
- Email support@miramino.store with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the items securely and ship them back — you’ll get a confirmation when they arrive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
- Opened rolls of tape, film or labels.
- Custom-cut or special-order quantities.
- Any item marked final sale at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Just email us within 14 days with a photo.
