How and when your Miramino order ships.
Processing & dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Carriers & transit
- We ship via major ground carriers, with expedited options at checkout.
- Ground transit is typically 1–5 business days depending on distance from Dover, Delaware.
- Larger items and pallet orders may ship by freight; we’ll email freight details before dispatch.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. Bulk and pallet orders may qualify for freight rates — email support@miramino.store for a quote.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Problems with a shipment
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, email support@miramino.store within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
